Job Summary
:
We are looking for a highly motivated
Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
Sales Pitches:
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Handling Objections:
Address customer concerns, answer queries, and overcome objections to close sales.
Meet Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Maintain Records:
Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B Sales).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
Sales Acumen:
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Self-Motivation:
Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software.
Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required.
