Telesales & Backoffice Executive

to manage daily sales inquiries, communicate with potential clients, and handle back-office tasks like quotations, invoices, and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and respond to daily

sales inquiry calls

. Introduce company services and

explain solar solutions

to potential customers.

Prepare and send quotations

to clients as per requirements.

Generate invoices

and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain and update

sales records, customer data, and paperwork

. Assist in other

office-related administrative tasks

as needed.

Requirements:

Good communication and

telecalling skills

. Basic knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)

. Ability to

handle sales conversations

confidently. Organized and detail-oriented with good

paperwork management

. Prior experience in telesales or back-office work is a

plus
