About the Role:
We are looking for an Enthusiast and hardworking person who can perform the role of tele calling executive. The role requires reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products, provide information or resolve queries make appointments and follow up. They will play a leading role in generating leads, enhancing customer relationships and meeting sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Build connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Sales and Promotion:
Promote products or services to customer and explain their features and benefits.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
3. Customer Support:
Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain positive and professional tone during interaction.
Key Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Patience and active listening skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree or high school degree.
Experience: Maximum up to 2 years.
