• Outbound Calling:
• Make cold calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Contact existing customers for upselling or renewing subscriptions.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through detailed conversations.
• Maintain and update the lead database.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and services.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Conversion:
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Close sales and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Customer Interaction:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Reporting & Feedback:
• Provide detailed feedback on customer responses and market trends to the team lead.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through phone interactions.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and databases is a plus
