Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about travel packages, destinations, and offers.
• Handle inbound queries related to travel bookings and services.

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
• Multilingual skills (preferred for wider customer reach).

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: High School/Diploma
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
