Job Description

• Responsibilities : Use inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads, persuade customers to purchase, and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Skills : Good communication skills, active listening, product knowledge, persistence, organization, collaboration, and patience
• Other duties : Troubleshoot or handle complaints, enter and update customer information, take and process orders, and keep records of calls and sales
• Work environment : Call center or part of a company's telecalling team
• Role in the company : A vital role in driving revenue and growth
• Career path : Can provide a foundation in sales and customer service, and can serve as a stepping stone for other roles in the sales or marketing fields





Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
