Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Contact potential franchise partners through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Identify prospects and generate interest in the franchise opportunities.
• Information Sharing:
• Clearly explain the franchise model, benefits, investment details, and operational processes.
• Address potential franchisees' queries and provide relevant details.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Ensure a seamless and professional communication experience.
• Follow-up:
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to drive conversions.
• Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads and provide status updates to the sales team.
• Data Management:
• Maintain detailed records of all communications, leads, and progress in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on targets and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in franchise sales or a similar field).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in [specific language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Education:
• Minimum qualification: bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
