Job Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday)

: We are looking for a skilled and communicative Tele Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying customer needs and connecting qualified leads with our sales specialists. The main responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers, provide them with detailed product information, address any initial questions, and ensure a smooth handoff to our sales team for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our product range and understanding their requirements.Listen actively to customer needs, explain product features and benefits clearly, and gauge interest levels to assess suitability for further engagement with the sales team.

Product Explanation and Information: Provide comprehensive information about our products, ensuring customers understand product specifications, pricing, and available options.Answer initial questions, address common concerns, and provide clarity on how our products meet customer needs.

Lead Qualification and Handoff: Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest level to determine if they are ready for a more detailed conversation.Seamlessly transfer qualified leads with detailed notes to the sales team, ensuring they have all necessary background information for further engagement.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update CRM software with accurate customer information, lead qualification status, and any relevant product interest or notes for the sales team.Maintain an organized record of call activities, follow-up requirements, and lead handoff status.

Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect customer feedback during conversations and share insights with the team to improve customer experience and product messaging.Identify and report common customer inquiries or recurring issues to improve product information and support.

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales, customer support, or a similar role.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey product information clearly and build rapport with customers.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to document lead qualifications accurately and hand off leads smoothly.Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?28,147.17 per month
