Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive - Telecalling with proven experience in sales and the ability to close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Aavjo Industries' products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Provide product information and address customer queries confidently.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively over the phone.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and sales details.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in telecalling or sales (minimum 1-2 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Experience in construction machinery or material handling equipment sales is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Fluent in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.].
