Telesales Executive (USA Process)
Location : Ahmedabad, India
Shift : Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Telesales Executive to join our night shift team. The successful candidate will focus on generating sales, building relationships with customers, and delivering excellent service over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in line with assigned targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Effectively handle objections and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is compulsory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for managing customer records and sales software.
