Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product recommendations tailored to their requirements.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to make purchases or sign up for services, effectively closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
• Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with customers, offering excellent customer service and encouraging repeat business.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the team lead or manager.
