• Tele calling is to initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Provide accurate information regarding the company's services (Social Media Marketing, website development, graphics design, software development, digital marketing).
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients to keep them informed about their application status and address any concerns.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and changes in the work environment.
