We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our products/services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers,Franchises and understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries , objections, and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent ; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
