Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented

? Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by thecompany

? Answer queries about products or the company.

? Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

? Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.

? Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.

? Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

? Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database ofthe customers on a regular basis.

? Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

? Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

? E-mail Communication

Eligibility / Qualifications:

? Gender: Only Females are preferred.

? Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.

? Education: Bachelors (Preferred).

? Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months experience in Telesales withGood communication skills.

? Ability to commute/relocate: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute orplanning to relocate before starting work (Required).

? Languages: Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.

? Fluent English is a must and Hindi is Mandatory - UAE Location.

? Joining date: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days can apply.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
