Position Overview:
As a Telesales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting our high-quality rug collections. You will play a key role in reaching sales targets, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our range of rugs and generate sales leads.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their needs, provide information on products, and recommend the best options.
• Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's rug collections, new arrivals, and special offers to accurately inform customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, track interactions, and manage follow-up activities.
• Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accurate details are recorded and passed on to the relevant teams for fulfillment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and feedback on customer preferences to improve the sales approach.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the home decor, furniture, or retail industry).
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and drive sales.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software or sales platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a passion for providing great customer service.
• High level of patience, resilience, and persistence in handling customer inquiries and objections.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
