Job Title : Tele sales Executive (Female)

We require a young and dynamic Tele Sales Executive for online sales operation. Candidate having experience in tele calling and managing online customer queries related to our products and services. The candidate should be fluent in English and the local language and have good communication skills to close the sale.

Key Responsibilities :-

Responsible to handle inbound & outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

Selling wellness products over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters

Understand the Customer requirements and Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the wellness packages.

Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.

Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
