The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing clean beauty and wellness brand that focuses on offering natural, sustainable products. We are looking for motivated freshers to join our sales team and help us connect with customers, offering them the best solutions for their wellness needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to introduce and promote our products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our range.
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brand.
• Maintain a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum qualification: High School/Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills (English & [local language]).
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
