Job Description

We are seeking a skilled female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers over the phone. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets. Candidates who live nearby our office location will be given preference.

The ideal candidate should possess fair amount of experience in Tele-calling and good communications skills

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling on data provided.
• Previous experience in Motor Insurance of at least 6 months.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for cross sell.
• Probing the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Proper follow up with customers on regular intervals
• Calling on verified leads to convert them to sale.
• Managing the MIS report on a day to day basis & sending daily performance reports to the TL

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• For Insurance Tele callers- Previous experience in Retail Insurance sales will be an added advantage
• Achieve the set targets
• Building repeat business through good customer relations
• Problem-solving and flexibility

Qualification:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
• Tele Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
