. Handling all incoming calls/performing outbound calls from/ for prospective clients. Good to handle Domestic processes. Maintaining the database of the clients regularly. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
