We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our programs to prospective students. The role involves reaching out to leads, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our courses to drive enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students
Follow up on inbound inquiries, capturing necessary details to convert them into qualified leads.
Provide information on course schedules, fees, certification, and career opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
