Job Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team and help drive sales of high-quality PET bottles for the cosmetics industry. As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, including cosmetic companies, manufacturers, and packaging distributors, to introduce and sell our PET bottle products. This is a target-driven role where you'll work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target potential customers in the cosmetics industry who require packaging solutions, especially PET bottles.

Sales Calls & Presentations:

Make outbound calls to prospects and engage them in conversations about our PET bottle offerings. Provide product details and benefits to meet client needs.

Product Knowledge:

Gain in-depth knowledge of our PET bottles, including sizes, designs, material advantages, and custom options.

Sales Conversion:

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by addressing customer needs and offering personalized recommendations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service, and following up on any issues or inquiries.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with other sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication, client follow-ups, and the timely processing of orders.

Order Processing & Documentation:

Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback to the team to improve strategies and product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:



Experience:

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the packaging, cosmetic, or manufacturing industry.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product offerings and respond to customer inquiries.

Sales-Oriented:

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and demonstrate a passion for selling.

Product Knowledge:

Knowledge of PET bottles and packaging solutions is an advantage but not required.

Customer-Focused:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and ensure order details are accurate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
