Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to health insurance services. Explain various health insurance options and help customers understand the benefits. Identify customer needs and generate potential sales leads. Use a structured script to provide accurate information and handle customer queries. Persuade customers to consider the services based on their needs and budget. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads generated. Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Experience:

6 months to 1 year of international outbound sales experience (Exceptions can be considered). Previous experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or in lead generation is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
