The Telecaller will manage inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with reservations and inquiries, and promote restaurant offers. This role ensures excellent customer service while supporting operational efficiency.

• Handle calls for bookings, queries, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
• Coordinate with teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Friendly and confident phone demeanor.
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus.
