Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients via phone calls to understand their needs and preferences.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, answer their queries, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
• Present and explain product offerings in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring clients see the value in our products.
• Build relationships by creating trust and rapport with clients, maintaining a friendly and professional tone throughout the process.
• Handle objections and confidently negotiate to close sales effectively.
• Follow up with clients promptly and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Someone who listens first and speaks second, ensuring a deep understanding of client concerns.
• Confidence in explaining product benefits and resolving objections effectively.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Team player with a can-do attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Basic computer skills to manage CRM tools and maintain records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
