We provide a free EMR upload service for streamlined family health management and personalized wellness plans. Join us in revolutionizing healthcare with our unique One Health Score and custom One Health ID (OHID) for each family member.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote One Health Assist's products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer queries and provide exceptional post-sale support.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the features and benefits of One Health Assist's offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, plans, and policies.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends and customer concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in healthcare sales is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages are a plus.
