Job Description

• Initiating contact with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services.
• Explaining the features, benefits, and advantages of the company's offerings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information promptly.
• Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas set by the company.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Identifying potential customers through databases, directories, or leads provided by the company.
• Conducting research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Staying updated on company products, services, and pricing policies.
• Communicating accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Using CRM software or databases to document transactions and customer feedback.
• Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or upgrade services to existing customers.
• Promoting bundled offerings or discounts to increase sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
