Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to address customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
• Follow a provided script and adapt responses to customer queries as needed.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including the use of MS Office and database systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: Graduate
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
