We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships with customers, and a passion for sales. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
• Customer Interaction: Build rapport and trust with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers, focusing on benefits and value.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Customer Follow-up: Follow up with leads, provide information, answer queries, and overcome objections to close sales.
• Reporting: Report daily/weekly sales performance and progress to management.
