Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from leads, databases, and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of the customer's needs.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively convey their value proposition to prospects.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by providing exceptional service and follow-ups.
• Sales Presentations: Present product offerings to customers in a compelling and clear manner, tailoring each pitch to the client's needs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, customer information, and sales activities using the CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, conversion rates, and feedback to the sales manager/team lead.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or objections in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant qualification in sales or business is a plus.
