Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote Bestor India's IT gadgets and solutions.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about product features, pricing, and offers.
• Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and close sales.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and other sources.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Achieve sales targets and report daily progress to the sales team.
• Address customer concerns and queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
