Telesales Representative (Full-Time, On-site)

Location: Tagore Garden, Near Metro Station Gate No. 1, Delhi 110027
Salary: ?10,000 - ?25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining the benefits of our services, and convincing businesses to register and complete the KYC process. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote our services
• Persuade businesses to register on our platform and assist with the KYC process
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in Telesales or Customer Support (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and handle objections
• Goal-driven with a strong desire to earn good incentives
• Basic computer skills to maintain call records and update client information
