• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide detailed information about our courses/products/services.
• Understand client needs and provide counseling on the right solutions based on their requirements.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information to resolve their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads, including personal details, call summary, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest to convert them into leads.
• Support and guide clients through the enrollment process for courses or purchase decision for products.
• Handle objections professionally and provide convincing responses to concerns.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team based on interactions with leads for process improvement.
