Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Data Management: Update and manage customer information in the systemaccurately and timely.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Tele Sales Executive, preferably in women's health or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
