We are seeking motivated Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our B2B portal. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in contacting businesses, including manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to encourage them to register on our platform and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients within the designated market or geographic area to promote our B2B portal services.
• Clearly and effectively explain the benefits of registering on our platform, emphasizing increased visibility, sales potential, and networking opportunities.
• Guide clients through the registration and KYC process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately provided and verified.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and goals.
• Provide regular feedback and insights gained from calls to enhance the performance of the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,508.81 - ?20,000.00 per month
