Salary-25000 to 30000 based on interview

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for a Telecaller:

• Make 70 Contactable Calls Per Day
• Ensure that at least 70 potential clients or customers are reached and communicated with each day.
• Generate 5 Hot Leads Per Day
• Identify and record 5 leads that show significant interest or potential for conversion into sales or clients daily.
• Lost Data Calling Every 3 Months
• Reconnect with previously lost or unresponsive contacts every three months to attempt rekindling interest or retrieving updated information.
• Non-Contactable Sprint Calling Every Month
• Engage in a focused effort to reach out to contacts who were previously non-contactable at least once a month.
• Daily Report Maintenance
• Maintain and update daily reports on call outcomes, lead status, and other relevant metrics.
• Daily Data Filling
• Accurately input and update call details, lead information, and any other required data into the CRM or relevant databases daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.85 - ?30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
