Job Title : Franchisee Telesales
Location : Govindpuri, Delhi
Reports to : Sales Manager/Director
Position Overview :
The Franchisee Telesales role involves generating leads and securing new franchisees through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The primary goal is to expand the franchise network by identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation : Identify potential franchisees through various channels.
• Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchisees; explain the franchise opportunity.
• Follow-Up : Maintain communication with leads; answer questions and address concerns.
• Documentation : Manage and update CRM with lead information and sales progress.
• Reporting : Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience in telesales or similar roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of franchise models is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
