Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and are passionate about Sarao Distillery's. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the inside sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven success in field sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive sales style.
