Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Call Center Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
? Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales
? Effectively presenting products/services and addressing customer inquiries
? Achieving and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
? Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
? Utilizing CRM software to manage customer data and sales pipeline
? Collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and performance Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in call center sales
? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
? Proficiency in computer applications (CRM software, MS Office)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment ? Strong problem-solving and time management skills
? High level of energy and enthusiasm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
