Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals, both freshers and experienced, to join our outbound calling team. This role focuses on customer communication via calls, resolving queries, driving engagement, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English , with knowledge of additional regional languages being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing users to assist with sign-ups, deposits, and platform navigation.
• Conduct follow-up calls to engage users, address queries, and encourage retention.
• Handle customer retention calls , resolving issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Explain platform features, ongoing promotions, and offers to customers effectively.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone while addressing customer concerns or queries.
• Record details of interactions, including call outcomes, issues, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversions.
• Provide feedback on user responses and suggest improvements to calling scripts or strategies.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written communication).
• Knowledge of additional regional languages is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools to record and track interactions (training can be provided).
• Laptop and smartphone are mandatory for remote work.
• Comfortable working in shifts , including rotational day and night shifts.
