Job Title: Telesales Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to manage customer interactions, drive sales, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, processing orders, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact existing and potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Record customer details and purchase orders accurately in the system.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Generate and share qualified leads with the outside sales team.
• Maintain customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Use company-provided sales scripts to handle objections and drive conversions.
• Develop a deep understanding of company products to make tailored recommendations.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejections gracefully and turn them into opportunities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry tools is a plus.
