Job Description

Nayi Khushiyan Matrimonial Services, a unit of DDEW Society, is seeking an experienced Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of telesales experience. This is a work-from-home position where the Telecaller will engage with potential clients across India, explaining the unique features and membership plans of our matrimonial services and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Nayi Khushiyan Matrimonial Services and explain our membership features and plans.

Build a strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable plans.

Achieve monthly targets by converting leads into active members.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales progress.

Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (mandatory).

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection.
