Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and persuasively communicating the benefits of our real estate offerings. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
  • Contact potential customers via telephone to present our real estate projects and services.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our properties.
  • Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our projects to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly Client-Visit targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
