We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products or services. Your duties will include Operations, making cold calls, handling incoming calls, and providing product information to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
3. Understanding customer needs and requirements.
4. Providing information about products and services.
5. Handling and resolving customer complaints.
6. Obtaining and updating customer information in the database.
7. Scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
8. Following up on leads generated through marketing activities.
