Job Description

• Customer Outreach : Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company's drone products and services.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and follow-up on prospects.
• Product Knowledge : Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and applications of drones for various sectors (e.g., agriculture, surveillance, logistics).
• Sales Pitching : Effectively pitch drone solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, emphasizing cost savings, efficiency, and innovation.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular follow-ups.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms, provide price quotes, and close sales deals over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in CRM systems to track progress and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Teams : Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align telesales efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
