About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling provided leads and selling our study materials. This role is ideal for freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The position offers the flexibility of working from home while gaining valuable experience in the sales field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling and Conversion:
• Contact potential customers from provided leads.
• Present and promote our study materials to prospective customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Sales Process Management:
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and objections.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
• Requirements:

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
