As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. : The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and driving sales revenue through effective telephone communication. This role involves identifying customer needs, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively reach out to prospective customers via telephone calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients within the supermarket and retail industry through online platforms, directories, and other sources.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers and establish strong relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Sales Pitch and Follow-up:
Deliver effective sales pitches to promote our supermarket racking solutions and address customer inquiries or objections.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer questions, and overcome objections to close sales deals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
Maintain a high level of productivity and performance to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company\'s success.
CRM Management:
Enter and update customer information, sales activities, and progress in the company\'s CRM system accurately and promptly.
Utilize CRM data and reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (3-4 years) in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the retail or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
