Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing software company, TechCreative Solitude . The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to identify opportunities to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TechCreative Solitude's services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, etc.).
• Generate leads by explaining our solutions and understanding the client's needs.
• Maintain and update a database of potential leads and follow up with warm leads to close deals.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
• Handle objections professionally and provide clear information to address queries.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in the software/IT services industry).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of IT services like Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems to track calls and leads.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
