Job Description

1. Contact potential or existing customers of this industry to inform them about a product or service of our company.

2. Answer questions about prodructs or the company.

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements.

4. Enter and update customer information in the database.

5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

6. Handle grievance to preserve the compamny's reputation.

7. Go the " extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

8. Studying the details of each offerings and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

9. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals and contact details.

10. Calling active and budding clients to encourage for applying.

11. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.

12. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

13. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

14. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?107,585.69 - ?239,167.70 per year
