Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products/services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
