• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.

• Address customer questions and objections with well-informed responses.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.

• Sales Process Management:

• Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
